What’s the bug account?
It means that the account can still add admin normally when the verification ID is not passed or the appeal to disabled ads is rejected and cannot be appealed again.
How to make it?
There is a normal video in the personal profile, but it is suspected to have indecent content, which triggers a review of adult content after the video is uploaded, triggering an account appeal. After submitting the appeal in accordance with the process, the staff will restore the account access after reviewing the appeal. Then the bug account is made.
