What is the difference between prepaid and non-prepaid bill numbers?
If the prepaid number is dead, the money will be lost and will not be refunded 🙁
What is said again about non-prepaid? Is that we put money in the account and run it with our own money, right?
A prepaid account means that the money goes in and can't be returned after running. A non-prepaid account means that the card user binds the card first, and then the amount is deducted from the card, which can be raised, and then the card is canceled without giving the last sum.
