Hey guys, what do you do with underpaid numbers? You can't click back and you can't change your card.
Change the card, and make a new advertisement, when making a new advertisement, set a 5 dollars or so, or no way out.
Some leave it there for a while and then try to click it back.
Advertising has been open, click it again after the following day. If it still can't, then I don't have any other way.

It doesn't come back. Generally, it takes time, put enough money on the card first. Sometimes FB successfully verifies it on its own. However, this number has a drawback. After normal launching, it will withhold funds, but sometimes the funds can't come back. I don't know if it is related to the card platform.
