For advertisements that have just been published or are still running, when you refresh the page, you suddenly find that the ad account is disabled. After checking, you found that there was nothing wrong, so you clicked the appeal button that appeared on the page, and then you would be rejected or no reply at all.
Today, I’m going to share some tips on how to solve this tricky problem.

The short reason is that there are a lot of advertisers trying to dodge facebook moderation, which influences everyone else. Facebook created their specific automation algorithms, and these automations can’t tell the difference between innocent errors and errors that actually bypass their systems.
How facebook Automates Tags?
If every ad is reviewed by humans instead of bots, the circumstance of disabled ad accounts will be reduced. But the reality is that the facebook algorithm machine makes most of its decisions based on SQL logic and facebook advertising policies. Facebook uses a series of automations to review your facebook ads and landing pages for ad policy violations, and often reviews facebook ads appeal. As much as you think you are innocent, the reality is that you may indeed be violating ad policies. In Facebook’s eyes, you maybe make an unrealistic promise in your ad text. Your ad account is then marked with pyramid scheme or unrealistic claims (also known as misleading business practices). But what’s the reality? 95% of people are marked because you have actually violated advertising policies that may not be well explained. There are roughly 10,000 ad policies that don’t really inform the public that Facebook wants advertisers to follow.
How to reinstate a disabled Facebook Ads Account?
For whatever reason, violation of advertising policy rules, glitches-you’re now stuck with a disabled ad account, and Facebook has rejected your appeal. Why is it? Facebook rejected your cappeal because you clicked a button in the business manager platform to appeal, but never talked or chatted with a real person. The automation is reviewing your Facebook ad instead of Facebook Support, and when you make an appeal using a button instead of a person, the automation also reviews and immediately rejects it.
Many websites will tell you to simply click “Restore Account”, but this is wrong!
When your ad account is disabled, you ask Facebook to believe your business is legitimate, even if you’ve violated its rules.
Do you think Facebook will make a review in your favor? It won’t!
You will be stuck in an infinite loop. Because Facebook will try to verify the BM of a disabled ad account and review your appeal against that disabled ad account. Clicking to request a review is a big mistake. You will enter a never-ending cycle of waiting forever and not getting a response from facebook.
Don’t let the machine decide your fate
You leave the fate of your ad account to a machine that will automatically make decisions based on its programmed logic without any human feelings. In rare cases, sometimes the machine will immediately reactivate your ad account. But most of the time, you are 99% more likely to contact a Facebook Ad Support representative through Facebook Business Help Center.
Determine why you were marked before appealing
Determine why you weremarked before contacting Facebook Support, or you will repeat the same mistake. Here are the reasons:
If facebook reactivates your ad account and you still have the same tag, then automation will continue to scan your ad and tag you.

A lot of people even don’t know how to do this, and business owners who spend more 10 thousand dollars a month tell me they can’t find this page. You need to make sure that you are logged in the correct account. You may need to use a valid advertising account in the same business manager platform to contact support.
Tips:
After doing the above steps, you start chatting with Facebook Ad Support personnel. Please remember that you are not talking to decision makers. These people usually don’t fluently speak English, and they won’t understand what you are saying. These are entry-level staffs who probably haven’t even run an ad.
Facebook Ad Support Agencies have no vested interest in whether your ad account is active or disabled. Whether or not you are friendly to them, and whether or not you are concise and clear in your presentation, all of these things will affect the appeal. Their goal is to close as many cases as possible. Quantity is more important than quality. So we need to be respectful, polite and realistic when appealing.
