In the 4th Quarter of 2021, Meta has already bet on “metauniverse” at the busiest time of the year. As FB ads practitioners, we are catering to the constant updating of Facebook ads ecology.
Recently, one of the most common problems encountered by e-investors is that the page is inexplicably disabled. Even if you can make an appeal and have it recovered, it is easy to cause the conversion price of the page to become higher and higher after prolonged use. This article will explain in detail the scoring rules of a page’s customer feedback.
How do I view customer feedback scores on Facebook?
Please visit https://www.facebook.com/ads/customer_feedback/ and choose your Facebook page.
Facebook uses various information, including surveys of users purchased from Facebook, Instagram, and Facebook Audience Network, to help ensure that the ad accurately represents the products and services provided. Facebook uses this information to rate each BM from 0 to 5. These scores are constantly updated based on the latest feedback. A higher score means a higher percentage of positive customer feedback.
4-5: Good customer feedback: Most of the customers surveyed reported positive feedback on their purchase experience.
3-4: Average customer feedback: The score is equivalent to that of other Facebook e-commerce ads.
2-3: Poor customer feedback: It will soon be disabled. Advertisements will cost more and cover fewer people.
1-2: Under penalty: Quality of advertisement is low, the cost is higher, and fewer people are covered.
0-1: Advertising disabled: Due to poor user feedback, this page cannot launch ads on Facebook.
What is the mechanism behind this investigation?
1.Product Quality: Facebook asks customers about the quality of the products they receive.
2.Received or Not: Facebook asks customers if they have received the product.
3.Customer Service: Facebook also asks customers if they are satisfied with the service.
4.Delivery Speed: Facebook will also judge you based on the speed of delivery. You can set the transportation timeline on the Score Dashboard.
5.Others: In addition to the above categories, other aspects that Facebook didn’t define.
You can access this score from the customer feedback dashboard under “Opportunities to Improve” (which shows you the negative feedback) and “Positive Feedback” (which shows you the positive feedback).
Suggestions for improving customer feedback scores
Avoid advertising content that does not comply with the advertising policy which leads to reporting/marking of page posts.
Know what you are selling or offering
Images, videos, and all other advertising ideas should accurately represent the goods sold. Ensure that the dimensions, materials, and all other aspects of the product are accurately displayed and explained.
If you sell clothes, please make sure that the size chart you use is suitable for other countries/regions where you sell (for example, UK size is different from CN size).
If you purchase goods from suppliers, please ensure that quality control is maintained and that the goods are delivered on time and following the instructions on your website and advertisement.
Set explicit time limits for deliveries
Accurately convey the delivery time. The delivery information provided shall include processing time, availability of items, delivery costs, and any other factors that may affect the time required to deliver the items.
If possible, please provide logistics tracking information about the shipment so that customers can track their packages.
Set clear expectations for customer service.
Comply with any return and exchange policies advertised on your website
If you are operating in a different time zone from the customer, please specify how long it will take to respond to the customer’s query.
Ensure customers’ needs are met
Use your ability to deliver products to expand your advertisement. If your inventory is limited, you may need to consider reducing advertising or inform the customer of the expected inventory and delivery time of the product before purchasing.
Take the initiative to tell the customer when you can’t fulfill your promise (for example, your inventory has been used up, and now it takes longer than expected to replace the order).
